Fischbach voted no on H.res.24 on Impeaching Donald John Trump, President of the United States for High Crimes and Misdemeanors in response to the insurrection at the United States Capitol on January 6th. In November of 2020 Fischbach had promoted a baseless ballot conspiracy, repeating Donald Trump's unfounded allegations of voter fraud.
